Crash Champions Collision Repair Atlantic Blvd

I banged up the front of my 2024 Rav4, and my insurance company sent me here as their recommended shop in my area. I assumed this was going to be a frustrating experience, but I was shocked at how painless they made it. Charlie went out of his way to get me back in my car much sooner than I was expecting. Chrissy arranged my rental car pickup and communicated with me clearly from start to finish. The car looks like nothing happened, all the sensors are working, and I only needed the rental for a couple of days. I'm almost in disbelief at how good of an experience I had with the team at Crash Champions Atlantic. I don't write many reviews, but they really earned this one.

I was very satisfied with the repair on my Escalade. The service was excellent and the staff was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The process was smooth, easy and went exactly as expected. The status updates were very helpful and I really appreciated them. Kudos to Mike, Crissy and the entire team.

If quality is what you want, this is the shop for you! I am so glad my car was fixed by these amazing people. From the moment you walk through the door they make you feel welcome, they fixed my car in record time. All the reps were very polite and listened to my concerns, they communicate well and go above and beyond for their customers! 100% recommended!

Had my vehicle repaired here in December. Other than a couple of issues with the paint job afterwards, the bodywork was excellent...they did everything to make it right. I would have given 5 stars but they didn't pay full price for the car rental. For the second visit to repair paint issues... i had to pay out a pocket, because I do not use enterprise .. The people they have an account with. Otherwise, I recommend this place. They get your vehicle in and get your vehicle out pretty much one promised... UPDATE BACK AGAIN, LITERALLY, A BOULDER FELL OUT OF THE SKY. NOT SURE IF IT WAS HIS SPACE ROCK OR A METEOR ROCK? BUT I ENDED UP BRING IN MY VEHICLE BACK HERE AGAIN.THIS TIME THROUGH STATE FARM, NOT PROGRESSIVE... PUT IT IN ALMOST TWO WEEKS AGO WAS PROMISED TO GET IT BACK BY THE 5th ..then changed to 9th . SHOULD RECEIVE IT BY THE 11th. STILL WAITING ..on VEHICLE HAD TO WAIT ON A WINDSHIELD.... PARTS ARE A BIG ISSUE APPARENTLY THESE DAYS...
